Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

North Lakeland Bucks Hockey

Our program will reimburse all USA Hockey / WAHA fees at the completion of each hockey season. In order to be eligible for a full refund of these fees, players will need to return all gear borrowed and will have needed to participate in the full hockey season.

Pucks in the Pines 2027

North Lakeland has a strict no refund policy for our tournaments. In the event that your team needs to withdraw, we will try and fill your spot to the best of our ability. Please make sure to register only after you have confirmed that your team is able to attend our tournament. Payment is due before your registration is finalized. For inclement weather (IE - melting ice, severe cold, blizzard), we will cancel our tournament no later than 72 hours prior to puck drop. The decision will be at the discretion of our tournament committee. If the the tournament is cancelled, a full refund will be provided within 7 calendar days.
